“I don’t know where to begin. I’ve been having issues with my insurance provider, BCBS, and wasn’t able to get the service I needed. I needed treatment and care but they weren’t willing to charge me in-network prices for an out-of-network provider even though they don’t have any in-network providers available to treat me.
