Prior to joining Kantor & Kantor, Shawhin worked at a prominent plaintiff employment law firm where he championed employee rights in class, PAGA, and individual cases involving discrimination, disability, retaliation, and wage and hour law. During this time period, he received invaluable experience in complex litigation.
Shawhin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He then earned his law degree from the Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark.
Beyond the legal realm, his time as a D1 soccer player, both in the NCAA and abroad, instilled skills that he brings to every aspect of his career.
