Martina Sherman is a senior associate at Kantor & Kantor, where she represents claimants in suits for disability, life, and other benefits arising under ERISA and state law. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where she still lives, Martina has built a representation for herself in the employee benefits space. She has extensive federal court experience and has argued successfully before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She has been named an Illinois Super Lawyer and has been recognized for her work in ERISA Litigation and Employee Benefits Law by The Best Lawyers in America® magazine.
Martina is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City and Chicago-Kent College of Law. When she is not working, Martina enjoys spending time with her family.
