Mark Lounsbury is an associate attorney on Kantor & Kantor’s Bad Faith Litigation Team. He represents policyholders in disputes over denied, delayed, or underpaid insurance claims, guiding clients from early investigation through motion practice, depositions, and resolution.

Before joining Kantor & Kantor, Mark litigated real estate, financial services, and creditors’ rights matters. He draws on this experience when handling insurer compliance issues and complex coverage disputes. He is committed to leveling the playing field for individuals when insurers don’t keep their promises and deny, delay, or underpay claims.

Mark grew up in St. George, UT, before moving to San Diego, CA, where he studied history at the University of San Diego. He later moved to Las Vegas, NV, where he earned his J.D. from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. In his free time, he enjoys reading history and hiking the red rock canyons near home.
