PLEASE ACT TODAY! Urge Your Representatives to Vote “Yes” to Help Military Families Over Age 20 Access Eating Disorders Treatment Coverage Under TRICARE.

ISSUE: Unfortunately, the House Armed Services Committee did not include the SERVE Act Amendment within their July 1st NDAA legislation, however the Senate did include it within their version of the NDAA! We need the House of Representatives on board in order to pass the SERVE Act.

The SERVE Act will ensure military members and their families can access eating disorders treatment.

HOW TO HELP: Please reach out to your Member of Congress and request that they vote for a bipartisan amendment led by Reps. Moulton (D-MA), Mast (R-FL) and Escobar (D-TX) to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) based on the SERVE Act on the House floor. WHAT’S THE SERVE ACT? As a reminder, the SERVE Act will ensure our nation’s service members and their families have access to comprehensive eating disorders treatment under the TRICARE health insurance program, and that military family members over the age of 20 can access the eating disorders care they need.
