Attorney referrals and the payment of referral fees allow lawyers to still participate financially in cases that they are not prepared to personally handle themselves. The referral fee system benefits clients by encouraging and allowing attorneys to associate other lawyers and law firms whose experience, manpower, and resources enhances the client's likelihood of success.

KANTOR & KANTOR is committed to paying referral fees on a timely basis pursuant to the State Bar rules, with written confirmation.
KANTOR & KANTOR pays referral fees out of its fee. The attorney does not increase the fee to pay a referral fee on a case. The client pays the same attorney fee whether or not another lawyer is sharing in the fee.
